Select a class for details and payment options. Choose your dance-class date in Square; choose your Yoga date below. Tuesday and Thursday walk-ins are welcome. Yoga requires online registration and payment.

About Vinyasa Flow Yoga • New at Vida
Build strength. Find your flow. Connect with your mind and body.
A full-body flow that engages your core, challenges your balance, and builds strength while improving flexibility. Move with intention, connect with your breath, and bring your body and mind into sync. Feel your strength as you move and the calm as you slow down.
A little sweat, a deep stretch, time that’s yours. Come for the movement. Stay for the growth.
Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Each class is $25 plus processing costs, included in the $26.06 online total. Online registration and payment required. Each session is limited to 23 students. Classes begin in November: November 4, 11, 18 and December 2, 9, 16, 2026. No Yoga on November 25 or December 23 or 30. Registration is open for all listed 2026 dates. Starting in January 2027, both classes continue every Wednesday except U.S. federal holidays. Future registration opens as dates become available.

YOGA CLASSES ONLY
Cancellations & class credit
- No refunds. Yoga registrations are nonrefundable.
- Give at least 24 hours’ notice. Notify Vida Dance Co. at least 24 hours before your Yoga class starts to use your payment as credit toward another class.
- Late notice or no-show. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice or miss the class without timely notice, your full class payment is forfeited and no credit is issued.
Text 831-210-5969 with your name, Yoga class date and time, and payment reference if available. Vida will confirm the cancellation and arrange eligible class credit.
